At Light Watches, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your product within 14 days of receiving it.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The watch must be unused and undamaged.
• It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories (such as warranty card, manual, etc.).
• You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

3. Return Process

1. Email us at info@light-watches.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions.
3. Carefully package the watch and send it to the return address we provide.
4. Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.
   

Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns if:

• The watch shows signs of wear or damage.
• The item is customized or engraved.
• The original packaging or accessories are missing.
  
  

5. Warranty

All our watches come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. Any issues covered by warranty (e.g., manufacturing defects) will be resolved at no cost to you.
